Three-Hour Cake Baking Masterclass

Become a brilliant baker with a cake baking masterclass at Cookery School at Little Portland Street, London's most sustainable cookery school! Over three hours, you will explore different methods of making cakes and learn the all-important rules for successful baking. You’ll acquire a lovely and varied cake repertoire, including butter cakes, oil-based cakes and quick cakes. At the end of the class, you will sit down to sample all that you have made with teas and coffees and take home any delicious leftovers. The Cookery School has sustainability and education at its core, endeavouring to demystify cooking, remove jargon and celebrate good home cooking skills. With the environment in mind, the kitchen is run using high quality, sustainable, primarily organic ingredients and equipment that can be found in most home kitchens. The classes are packed with learning and you'll take home your new skills to put into practice, as well as meeting, socialising and eating with new people.
